Property appearance was clean. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Our sofa was dirty and we were missing some bed sheets. Some of the furniture was damaged as well. Also the cloth iron was stained.

I love springhill’s for the layout of the rooms. However we booked a 2 queen room and they said they didn’t have any when we checked in and put us in a king. This made no sense to me and the woman at the desk wasn’t very friendly and told us if we wanted to stay to take what she had. I said something when we checked out as it was a different person and she was very sorry and refunded me the parking. Breakfast was a nightmare because they serve you so the line was really slow. Went across the street to eat instead. All in all was a decent price and stay for 1 night.

The team were all very welcoming. my only criticism would be a medium-push sell to attend a time-share sales pitch. They offered child-care for the pitch and theme park tickets as a bait, which is fair. My criticism is because I declined politely and they took another swing, which made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel was comfortable for a week or so, we enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was a little overwhelmed with people later in the morning. The choice was basic too, but adequate. Location is great, close to Sea world and I drive. The staff were very convivial and helpful. Starbucks in the lobby was appreciated too. I needed the iced-caffeine en route to the parks. I will award bonus points for whomever chose the music. banger after banger as we walked through the corridors in the evening.

Overall good but...
Overall was a good stay. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The downsides are being charged for parking each night and the extra $100 hold they place on your card until check out.. Also, the pool was busy being that it was summer and the water was absolutely disgusting! May want to look into cleaning it more often during the summer months at least. I wouldnt step foot into the hot tub. Close to Aquatica and SeaWorld. More of a standard hotel. If you're look for a resort feel with lots of space then look somewhere else.

El personal de recepción no habla español y no te ayudan con los requerimientos, se limitan en responder "no hablo español" ,tuve que apoyarme con personal de limpieza para hacerme entender, soy cliente y merezco la misma atención que cualquier persona que domine el idioma nativo. Por otro lado te cobran el estacionamiento aparte, alterando tu presupuesto, es algo que no te comunican al momento de reservar.

Breakfast was terrible. No options. They should look into what Holiday Inn does. The shower had mold and the pool area has stones that you can trip on and the pool was very dirty.
