Deçus de la propreté des salles de bain et la salle de jeux
Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayOn n’a pas aimé la propreté des salles de bain, autour des toilettes il y avait des forts odeurs d’urine. En plus aucun des jeux qui étaient dans l’annonce servaient ou étaient fonctionnelles.

The house does need to be updated like the furniture is out dated, the beds were ok. I did have an issue but spoke with the property manager about my concern, was it solved honestly no it wasnt was I happy to hear the solution no i wasnt as well but based on the response I got from that major issue, I didnt honesty waste my time telling them my other issues. The carpet needs to be clean like a deep clean. I wont list my issues that i had in detail due to the fact that i didnt give them a chance to fixes any of the problems. I did that because due to knowing that if they will allow tenants to occupy there house for vacations and have broken windows that are not up to code, and i literally mean you can not close the latches on any window, yep thats right all the windows in the house are unlocked what keeps them close is tape according to the property manger

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding the windows around the villa. I can assure you they are all secure locked and up to code.We have tape over the front window latch because we don’t want it open at all, as it’s at the front of the villa, and guests may leave it open when they go out.
We clean the carpets every 3 months and are constantly updating the villa. Recently, we replaced all the beds, installed a new pool heater, and added a new refrigerator.

Looks better than the reality
Publié le 14 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayAfter booking I got an email wanting an additional $75 to heat the pool... checked the listing which doesnt specify the pool is heated so I paid it. After arriving we found the pool heater shuts down at 6. As we wanted to swim after that the pool was useless and I wasted my money... mattresses are super cheap and not very comfortable. Management company came in on day 2 to replace a bulb, tell us they would fix a leaky shower after we left, and we were stuck with a cold pool. OTHER than that a nice place in a nice location.

The pool heater is advertised on the listing at 25 dollars a day,the pool heater goes on at 7 am in the morning and goes off at 7pm in the evening,really sorry about this but this is standard at most villas,it was particularly cold when you stayed as it usually stay warm well after 7pm
The beds are 2 years old and we have had many comments on how comfy they are

Quite and relaxing
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed the stay very much as the wife and I came this time mainly to chill and that we did.We usually stay around 4 corners area that’s where our local haunts are , but it wasn’t to far to drive.In all the years we’ve have been travelling to Orlando I must say it was the cleanest pool we’ve had never a bug to be seen our whole stay.

Very cozy home with a great backyard view
