Amazing stay!
Rohan is awesome to work with. He’s very attentive, the property is in a wonderful location. Clean home, pool area was very nice, we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying at this property again next time we plan another family Florida vacation. ❤️

Family vacation
Had an excellent stay with my family. The house and amenities are very clean and the checkin was seamless. The area had a Publix Supermarket and several eateries close by. Walmart and Aldi are a short drive away. We had an issue with the air conditioner but the property manager resolved it promptly. The house is also very spacious and the kitchen is equipped with lots of cutleries, plates, cups etc. A slow cooker is also available in the kitchen which we found very useful. The house is located in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. In summary, we had an enjoyable stay and hope others who booked this place will do so as well. Amazing home and property manager
We fly in the Tuesday before Hurricane Milton hit. Rohan was more than accommodating - he had a case of water at the house for us, he gave me weather updates and what to expect via text leading up to and after our arrival. After the hurricane, there were a couple screens on the lainai missing and some leaves in the pool - no big deal. He came right over to check on us and fix everything, he even turned on the pool heater so we could enjoy a warm pool. Aside from him being a wonderful host, the house was awesome, so spacious and clean, with games and puzzels to do. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. So many stores and restaurants near by. I would highlt recommend and would book this place again!

Lovely home
My husband and I booked this home and we were blown away! It is a beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. I was worried about the ac not being cool enough but since it is central air 72-74 is the perfect temp, ceiling fans also helped keep it cool. Finding a box fan in the closet to use at night was a happy surprise. We were also pleasantly surprised with the pool, no need for it to be heated since we went in Sept. Check in was a little awkward bc I never got the email instructions but it was easy to contact the owner who was apologetic and we were still in the house by our original check in time. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but it was nice to have a king size bed in the master. Master bathroom is huge!! Dutch Bros, Publix, fast food all within minutes. Area looks to be up and coming. We can’t wait to come back with our whole family.

We had a fantastic three week stay. The villa was very clean. It was well furnished, had comfortable beds and the kitchen had every utensil you needed. The pool and pool area were also very clean. Would definitely want to stay here again when we next return to Florida.

The home was beautiful and just like it was online. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The neighborhood was close to restaurants and groceries. This place was great. It was very clean and spacious. Had adequate towels for bathroom and pool, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent. The grocery store that is near by is great too. Made it convenient to get food. Loved having the gas grill. Neighborhood was great for the most part, we had early risers mowing lawn during the quiet hours and neighbors playing load music by their pool. Robyn had great communication and was very responsive to text messages.

The house was beautiful just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was perfect if you're planning to visit any theme parks. There was lots of food places near by. The pool have a security gate around it which is perfect if you have little ones.The owners were great and very responsive. Great vacation home!
My husband and I planned an impromptu 4-day trip to Florida and rented this place. It is located in a great area with a Publix right around the corner. The owners were very attentive to everything we needed and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The place itself was very clean. Some things could use updating, but nothing that would stop me from renting again. The pool was super clean…we were in it everyday. This is a great place for a couple or family to stay!
