The hotel seemed run down. Mirror frame around bathroom mirror was missing paint and needed repair. Everything was OK but did not live up to my Marriott expectations or standards

Not very clean of a place. The caulk in the bathroom was still fresh and was melting and going all over the bathroom floor. The check in process was difficult along with parking for such a large resort.

Beware of service charges/additional fees
Close to Disney parks. But that’s where the perks end. Warning, hotel practices are shady. If you book through Hotels.com, the hotel will not credit you Marriott points. The hotel will add in excess of fiffty dollars per day worth of parking and “destination” fees to your total. We were given a “per night credit” with our room. The snack shop doesn’t list prices for anything they sell but have “ranges of prices”. The same candy/snacks were different prices each day depending on which employee was working the register. And as soon as you spent the credit there was a service charge added at the register making sure you went over the credit amount. The last day, another mysterious service charge appeared on our bill only after our credit was applied. By the time we were done with service charges and extra fees, would have been cheaper to stay on Disney property. Will say room was adequate and without any issues. 2 free waters in our room per night was nice. Parking was close to room.

Extremely lumpy and uncomfortable beds, like warm bath water which we complained about, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. No matter how low I turned the temperature the room only got down to 72.

This hotel gives u a 50 dollar voucher normally they didnt give me any of mine and the food was terrible and the streaming platforms on the tv didnt work at all the whole time i stayed and our shower was leaking and they said they would send someone up immediately and no1 was sent at all
