great facility except for the pool and hot tub
the facility was great however the pool and hottub were underwelming. It was cold and I was told it would not heat but it warmed through the week and we got to use it after we had been there 3 days, worked great although the jets were minimal. Next day the jets did not work at all --they did come and fix that but then there was no heat. Although everything else was great we probably won't use this property again as the pool was a big draw.

Great property, but no hot water for a party of 15
The house was great, and I would have given it a 5-star rating, but there was a significant issue during the 11 days we stayed, especially since it was very cold: the hot water wasn't enough for us to take a shower after returning from the parks.It was a serious issue; we had to wait 20 minutes between each shower, and with 15 people (the property is for 19), it was truly inconvenient.Another significant issue, which isn’t the property’s fault but rather the neighborhood’s, was the QR code scanner for the gate that allows cars to enter. Every day, there were 4 or 5 cars waiting, trying dozens of times to get the reader to work. I can't understand how the neighborhood administration couldn't fix it in 11 days!

The house was worked out perfectly for our family stay. We had a broad range of ages from 9 months to 8 years old and there was something for everyone.The house was clean and well appointed.The host was very responsive to all of our requests. We would definitely come back.

Large Family Must Stay
We had 12 adults and 5 children stay at this amazing property. The game room, theater and pool kept our littles occupied and happy! There was plenty of comfortable space for the adults with plenty of bathrooms! The manager was available and answered all questions and concerns promptly.We would definitely come back to this delightfully themed home!

Picture vs Reality is different..this is old beat up house. Shower Handle were loose, rug felt very old. It was like pictures of property from Marriot/Hyatt but it was Super 8/ Baymount Inn Motel. Water heater had issues. Seems like owner is just keep milking this property but don’t want to update it. Everything worked but again what was shown vs what was there was a surprise for us.

Great Stay!
Everything was exactly as advertised. Communication with management company was easy and prompt. The kids didn't want to go to another day of the parks because they were having so much fun at the house! I have stayed at similar properties in similar communities near Orlando--cheap construction made almost exclusively for short-term renters-- and this one was well-stocked, well-managed and well-maintained. Would recommend!

The property was very nice and clean. The location was great. The finishings in the house were beautiful, the game room was awesome, and we love the patio area also. It was nice also having the theater room. The only complaint that I have would be the water pressure, the pressure was so low we could only shower one at a time and that presents a problem and a house that big with so many guest. I would stay at this property again if the pressure is better.

The house in the outside looks terrible! Definitely disappointed. Looked completely unfinished. Dishwasher broke. Pool heat was broke. Water took forever to get warm. Neighborhood took forever to get in. Very crowded. Gates all broke. Very disappointed

Game room - Needs improvement
We had a great time on this vacation, but we were let down by the game room. The Jurassic park game didn’t work at all, which was disappointing. Also there is a huge bed in that room that takes up all the space, playing pool was impossible. Luckily we were able to spend a lot of time in the hot tub and pool, the hot tub takes over an hour to heat so we had to plan accordingly.

Great house and location for families attending theme parks. Minor issues need a little TLC - broken drawers MBR, trim broken by washer/dryer, broken door by kitchen sink, front game room doors hard to lock. Had one issue with pool/spa but was immediately addressed next day. Need to update listing to show a Keurig coffee maker is onsite. Kids loved the game room with all the arcade games!! Overall, we would stay again if in area. very accommodating for our group of 10. Thank you,

Incredible property for our party of 10
Great villa and good location for access to parks and local area. Ten adults and plenty of space and amenities. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very spacious Highly recommend. Cinema room phenomenal and fitted our whole party. Hosts were incredibly helpful and replied to any issues we had within minutes.

Overall we really enjoyed the property. The fun photos sold us- arcade, cool bedrooms, pool and hot tub enclosed, large meeting area. We were pretty disappointed a few days in when we went to Use the hot tub to find out it was not turned on, and would add over $200 in fees for our stay if we wanted the hot tub heated. Never mind. The arcade had broken games and everything looked worn and not Kept I’m good repair. The home theater was great.

Great house for families, close to parks!
This property is in an excellent location! Close to stores, restaurants, and parks. Neighborhood club houses are also very nice. I gave four stars because you could definitely see a lot of wear and tear on this property. Also, I couldn’t tell if we stayed at a different property than pictured or if they had just changed a lot of things around. All of the games were in one bedroom and it was very tight with barely any room to even play them and some of the games did not work. The property itself was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Overall, we did have a wonderful stay. I would recommend this property just be aware that it is not in immaculate condition.
