Homeless people be around the hotel. Floor carpet was dirty. One of the Queen sized beds had no mattress. Two people who were with mother had plans on booking a room but after walking through the hotel they decided not to. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the price.

Gave us a hard time checking in. Couldn’t provide an English speaking employee. Did not receive the king room that I booked. Had two full beds, heat did not work, office smelled like sewage, and the rest of the room/property was run down. Shady people walking around looking into cars.

Stayed here for a cheer competition. Room was clean. Only issue was no one told the front desk I had called and asked for a first floor room as I am wheelchair bound so I did have to get assisted up and down the stairs by my family but if you need a place to sleep near silver spurs arena it was decent

No blankets or phone in room. I called front desk from my cell to ask for blackets as the beds only had sheets and they said it would be a $20 holding fee to get blankets. No ice machines to get ice. The top door lock was broken.

Booked for a 2 day trip last minute to go to the parks, for the price it’s okay I guess. I booked a king bed room and they gave me a double bed room instead, no king bed room was available not sure why it said it was on the app I would’ve paid less. No one came to change the sheets or towels for the entire booking. Shower water smelled, water did not seem clean. No comforters or blankets just thin sheets, ended up buying my own at a store nearby because it was way too cold. No curtains for windows just a blind that creaked open with the ac, I applied duck tape to the blinds to ensure no one would be able to see within the room. There were spiders & baby roaches around the corners of the walls I managed to kill and not get anymore surprises for the rest of the trip. No Wi-Fi, channels were slow I ended up having to connect my own hotspot through my phone in order to watch anything. For the price for a quick trip it’s do-able but I would not recommend for longer stays or stays that you’ll be spending most of your time in the hotel, 2/10 for me but the people in the lobby were nice.

Horrible Stay

The room wasn’t to my decency of standard. The beds had no blankets on them, they didn’t have cloth rack, the shower was broke and I had no running hot water. The cable channels were horrible.
