Brand new flooring in all rooms and new bedding and decor make this house perfect for your Florida vacation! Coming back after a day at a theme park will be a welcome retreat as you relax in the pool and spa! Unwind in this setting which provides upgraded amenities and superior standards in cleanliness. Our Avengers-themed game room will wow the kids and adults alike. With 2 Masters and 2 further bedrooms with 2 twins each, this house is perfect for extended families on a special vacation! The design of the house provides plenty of privacy for each guest, and the open floor plan in the main area gives plenty of space to share in family-friendly activities. Our large covered outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, and the pool is always a big hit!

The property was very comfortable area was very quiet the only thing the garbage bins were full when we arrived but we put garabage out on Monday and got mixed up in recycling day we put garabage out absinthe on Thursday but we had to be out of house by 10 am Sunday so we didn’t get to put buckets out they weren’t supposed to go out until later

Orange Tree...The Adventure!
Beautiful home spacious very quiet the location is great its 40 mins to the beach.Shopping and restaurants 2miles down the road. We loved the pool and ping pong tables.The pool was warm and the spa was wonderful.This home is fill with everything you need just add Family,Food and Fun! We will definitely be back soon!

A relaxing and enjoyable stay away from the hustle bustle of Disney!
We had a wonderful stay here back in August. We wanted a property that was in driving distance of Disney but not too close. We loved the quiet neighborhood and still having a convenient commute for our day trips to Disney. The home was well stocked with all the necessities and the kitchen was also well stocked and organized it was pretty easy to find what you needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still have family time together in the living room area. The property was well maintained and taken care of (we saw landscapes and pool guys there during our stay). The only things I would maybe suggest is a new hair dryer in the master bathroom (the current one tended to get over heated and hot to hold) and an extra laundry basket. Would totally stay here again if we make this trip in the future. Property owner was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful when we had any questions.

A Perfect and Beautiful Getaway!
This was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. From the booking, to check in, to check out, everything was smooth and the communication was wonderful. Mel checked in with us before we arrived, and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. There were a few glitches when we arrived that just took one call to the management company (who answered the phone each time) and it was taken care of immediately. The home was beautiful and had amazing personal touches throughout. There was a small, decorated Christmas tree that we loved. There were tea bags/cappuccino by the coffee pot as well as microwave popcorn. The pantry was stocked with spices, trash bags, and plastic wrap/foil. There was plenty of dishes and silverware for our group and the villa was exactly as described! There were 2 port-a-cribs in the closets, and there were 2 strollers in the garage for our use as well. The pool and spa tub were amazing and there were several beach towels provided as well. We had an amazing vacation and if we get back to this area next year, I will definitely book again!!

Enjoyed our stay
Working with Mel and her management company was a pleasure. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with pool heat but it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this villa. Our family really enjoyed our stay… after a couple of days at Disney it was a pleasure to come back to house and relax. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in garage (so did the adults.). Thank you, Mel, for making our visit to Florida very enjoyable!

Amazing house near all the parks!
This was a very nice place to call home-away-from-home while visiting the Disney parks for a week. Nice screened-in pool and spa and plenty of room for a party of 6+. The owner was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and very welcoming. Didn't get a hold of the management team, but the owner was very responsive. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Fantastic vacation!
This house was so perfect for my family. We just got back from a week stay and it was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean. Great and quiet neighborhood. Enough room for the whole family. We loved the pool, we spent everday out there. The game room was a great and fun addition to the property too. The only thing i would change is the air conditioner, its set at 74 and needs to be lowered to 68 or 70. It was very warm in the bedrooms. Overall would 10 out of 10 recommend. It was perfect for what we needed.
We had a small issue with the pool but was taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was nice otherwise. It's a nice size rental unit and six slept there pretty easily. It was in a nice neighborhood. It was 30 minutes.from Disney. They had a grocery store and a Wal Mart really close and a nice assortment of eating establishments close. We had a great time and would go back for sure to this location.

This was a very nice house. Roomy, comfortable, well stocked. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 mins to Disney, Publix was close ( 1 mile) to get groceries. Owner and management company were great! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved every minute!
We had an excellent week at this property. The house was very clean and had tons of pots, pans, plates and everything we needed for the week. Beautiful Home
This home is well maintained, spacious and a great place to stay! We enjoyed cooking on the kitchen and swimming in the pool and hot tub. Property is in a very well kept, quiet neighborhood. This was one of the most relaxing vacations I have taken in a long time. Mel keeps in touch with you throughout your stay and is very good in responding to messages if needed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Orlando area.

Nice and quiet
The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was reasonably close to Disney World and various shopping. The pool was used often, even though it seemed a little too warm for some. The house had a great layout and space for all 7 of us. The only issues we had were the beds and the family room couches. The beds were uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the beds had been better. The family room couches felt dirty and had several holes with stuffing falling out. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our time there.

We had an amazing stay at this property, everything was perfect from start to finish. It was like a home away from home with everything that you could possibly need at your fingertips, the little extras such as bin bags, wipes, washing powder and such where fantastic. We had 4 children with us ranging 3 to 12 and even they where catered for with games and such. It really was a beautiful villa and we had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be back at some stage in the future. The neighbourhood itself was lovely and a lot of the homes all decorated for Halloween was great to see

Fabulous house and host
Our daughter lives in Clermont so we vacation in this area often and this was one of our favorite vacation homes. Lots of open spaces for the family to relax. We loved the pool and hot tub! Loved that everything was on one floor. Big master bedroom and bathroom. Adults and teens enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage/game room. Loved how easy it was to get everywhere. The host was fabulous with communication - answered all of our questions quickly and accommodated all requests. Two of the bedrooms do get hot at night so was glad we had fans with us. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Perfect Villa
