Typically, extra wash rags are left in the laundry area, but thank you for letting me know; I’ve already notified the cleaning lady to make sure she leaves enough in the future. It’s very important to me that upon arrival, guests inspect the house and let me know if they have any concerns, so I can address them as quickly as possible. I am always available to read each person's opinion, as they help me grow and improve to provide good service to all my guests, as I have done for over 10 years in this business. I must point out each of your comments, as I want you and all future guests to understand and read what I offer before renting my house to avoid any misunderstandings. Firstly, each host offers different services, and this is a vacation home, not a hotel style home. When I stated to bring your own groceries, it does not mean that I will provide everything you mentioned. It seems you did not read the essentials section where I detail what extras are provided, which do not include pool towels. Still, as a courtesy, I sent someone to provide pool towels for you. I would do the same thing I did with you, providing pool towels, for others if they ask me. I always try to go above and beyond for my customers when I can. Regarding the extraction fan in the master bedroom, I have never received complaints about it. To confirm, I reviewed the last 10 positive reviews, and no one mentioned this issue. I apologize if you found it unsatisfactory; however, it is a matter of the house having a high ceiling, and all the rooms have fans that can be used for better circulation. The refrigerator filter was recently changed, but it still indicates that it needs to be replaced. The house has been rented continuously, and I have not been able to schedule a technician. but everything works well with the refrigerator. As for the sliding door, I was not aware it had any problems. Such issues can arise, even in our own homes; the door was fixed after your departure. While I specify what I provide in the house, I always try to have extra items available for use during your stay. I am not the kind of host who ignores my guests' concerns or recommendations. When I send the check-in instructions, I indicate that they should reach out to me if they have any concerns, because communication with my guests is always important. I am not perfect, but I believe that with my experience in this business and my competitive prices, I will always strive to do my best for everyone.
