THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL FOR OUR VISIT TO THE PARKS. DESIGN OF ROOMS GAVE EVERYONE THEIR NEEDED SPACE, DIDNT FEEL LIKE WE WERE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. OVERALL GREAT STAY.

Overall we had a really good time during our stay. We wish we had more time to enjoy everything offered, but would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members if they wish to visit Orlando some time.

We felt safe during hurricane Milton. My husband reserved a room with a king bed and full kitchen with stove. We got neither after getting to room. We asked for a night stand & lamp after getting to room and never got it. No communication or I’m sorry for 3 days. Could never reach housekeeping on phone. When we saw them in hall no one spoke English and could not understand me asking where can I get an ice bucket. The beds were hard like sleeping on a slab of cement. Having to go to another desk for a parking pass and got talked into attending a timeshare presentation/breakfast and paid $20.00. We did not go because we had to get home because of hurricane cleanup at home. The positive about our stay was we did feel safe and that was most important. The room was clean and roomy.
