Horrible It’s the first time my family and I had aexperience in our many years from renting at process in ownership change is most unfortunate for us and disruptive to what is usually a joyful experience for my family and I. We have never had an experience like this in all of our years of renting on this property and I am honestly trying to keep positive but this is hard 1. We still have to stop and explain to security each time we enter the property about being allowed entry as our card doesn’t work 2. We are now using a bucket to flush the master upstairs bedroom as it doesn’t go down on its own 3. The pool water is green so we can’t use it 4. Now no internet/tv access This is so unfair to us.

Good place just to sleep

Host said they’d send someone out, which didn’t happen till later the next day as well as ignored all contact since. Poor communication all around, also didn’t enclose the community pool would closed. Bare minimum kitchen supplies which was all dirty. Pool in house was gross. If you just need a low budget place to sleep close to Disney then you are good but better luck renting through Windsor if you want a property that’s cared for and basic supplies to cook and clean!

I’m sorry for this, but the only thing communicated to us was you needed trash bags. Everything you are mentioning was not addressed during your stay which means we would not have known. We would’ve had it taken care of it if we did. We do have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities. As far as the community pool we did not know until after about closure. The community pool is all set now. And the house pool gets cleaned weekly. Again i apologize for your experience.

Comfy-but needs a freshner
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a cute property. When we got there, there was a dirty pan in the sink & the kitchen floor needed swept & there is a slight mildew smell. The curtain rods did fall off the bedroom wall when we tried to open the curtains but we could put the screw back in & then jist didnt mess with them anymore. Masterbedroom did NOT have a jacuzzi tub even tho it says jacuzzi & also did not drain very well. The toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms did not flush well.
It was nicely decorated & the private pool comes in handy.
The shared pool/play area is vey nice & the Help desk has fabulous communication skills.
With the few things i mentioned, we would stay again!
Also, you are welcomed with snacks, i mean come on!

Excellent location

The "waterpark resort" was overrated.
The controlled entrance was a plus!
The house itself needs some renovations. It also had a couple renovations that were poorly done.
The missing stair lips kinda sucked as it hurt to walk on them.
Would stay at Windsor Hills again

The overall cleanliness of the condo was just ok, the pool and pool area could use some TLC. There were small mite bugs but only in the kitchen area. The resort and the location of the condo was perfect. The beds were very comfy!! We will definitely be back to this resort! Thanks!!
