Welcome to Champions Gate! Enjoy your stay in this beautiful 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa, tucked away in the Retreat resort community of Champions Gate. A 9 minute walk to the Oasis Club clubhouse, waterpark and pools. Just 15 minutes from Mickey's front door and close to all other parks and amenities, this home is the perfect vacation destination! This 6-bedroom, 6-bath luxury villa with game room sleeps 14 and is packed full of entertainment and conveniences.

Main level has 2-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. The living room is centered around a large 85" 4K smart TV with a beautiful wrap around sectional. Air hockey table is in the living room space to enhance your entertainment needs. The upgraded cabinets, granite counter top and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen will add a sense of home to your vacation. The well equipped kitchen is the best spot to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door.

Upstairs has a spacious loft with comfy furniture and two 50" smart TVs, PS5 and XBOX1 gaming system with games and remotes, 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and luxurious, sleeping a total of 14 guests.

The garage has been re-purposed as a game room. Includes theater style seating for 9 persons, an 85 inch smart TV, a pool table, and a classic arcade machine with 30 titles!

Do not forget about the enclosed west facing pool and spa which provides hours of fun and sun for all your guests! Pool is west facing.

Multi-Family trip
We had 2 families with children ranging from 2-15 yrs old and we found the house met all of our needs for space and separation for everyone to enjoy. We appreciated the stroller, high chair and pack n play for our 2 yr old. The house pictures are pretty accurate however you can tell it’s a rental house due to worn spots on carpet, furniture etc. It was a good value for our families and a good location. Our kids all enjoyed access to the 2 resorts pools. The pool and hot tub at the house were quite cold upon arrival but the management team was quick to respond and provided an explanation due to the colder weather most the issue was out of their hands. We cooked quite a bit at the house and while they had many of the items we needed we’d suggest look to upgrade or replace some items due to wear and tear. Overall the property worked well for our family and I’d recommend to anyone looking for larger house at an affordable price.

Great home for large family
My wife and I wanted to take our family on a Disney vacation, so we needed a home large enough to accommodate 8 adults and 4 children. Our grandkids loved the home so much, we didn’t spend every day at the parks. Great theater room and beautiful heated private pool. We would definitely stay there again!

Florida fun
This home was really perfect for our needs! Our family including infant and grandkids came to the area to do the parks, and it could not have worked out better. 6 BR and a bathroom for each, lots of room to spread out, great pool and hot tub, entertainment with pool table and big Screen TVs. Took maybe 30 minutes to get into parks due to traffic, but otherwise convenient to grocery and restaurants. Communication with owner and manager was excellent. What more can you ask?

Place very clean. Loved all the rooms. The kids loved the house pool and the Club pools. I would say the only bummers are King beds are mushy- as in so soft. No grab bars or mats in showers- also cue sticks useless no tips and the King bedroom across from the bathroom upstairs- the tv didn’t work but super Clean and easily accessible.I would stay again.A 4.7 out of 5 *

Family fun in Orlando
House was very clean. Check in process was so easy. The house had more than enough space to accommodate my whole family. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms and the game room. Everyone enjoyed the pool area at the house as well as the clubhouse pool. Minor issues were resolved quickly. My only recommendation would be to have more bathroom towels and washcloths for large groups.

First Birthday Extravanganza
We had a great time at this property! The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. We celebrated my daughters first birthday here and she had a wonderful time. The safety fence around the pool was a big selling point for us and it was perfect. The pool temp was awesome too for everyone to jump right in. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Very close to Disney for us to come back and take quick naps on the super hot days. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a blast and will definitely return!

Awesome Family Trip
Wendy's property is exactly as listed. We have been to Champions Gate a few times now and it never disappoints. The place was clean as can be upon arrival. Rooms are very spacious and the pool area is fantastic. We had 4 couples who all had kids 4 and under and it was perfect for everyone. It helps to be prepared when arriving for 4 pm check in. Things like paper towel, hand/dish soap, towels, etc. are not included (nor are they promised so this is not a slight). Oasis Club is a hit for kids and adults and is only a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Wendy has signs in the house with directions for various things (internet, non-emergency contact line etc.). Overall, great stay and we will be back.

Friends Reunion
6 ladies who have been friends for 35 years meet yearly to catch up, tell stories, share memories, and laugh a lot. We look for a large enough place that we can have our own space yet gather easily. We look for a safe neighborhood with lots of amenities close by. This home at Oasis at Champions Gate exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it. It would also be great for a large family. The property manager Wendy was very prompt twice when I had a question and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks Wendy for a great Reunion with my friends.

Great vacation!
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate was great! Beautiful complex, very clean and great staff. There was a lot of traffic coming and going out of Champions Gate, but that is probably due to everyone wanting to be in that community. Our host was very responsive and helped to make our stay enjoyable.

Home is as described
Home has everything you would need for your family stay. A few things we had issue with. First every bed needs new mattresses, seriously everyone is worn out. We had to put blanket under sheets to try to fill in the indentations of old mattresses. Everyone is supper soft not support at all. Also would suggest bringing your own coffee pot( we went out and bought one) the drip maker supplied is not good at all. We had a few issues with the gate security first day they did not have our names for check in another time the confiscated our gate pass stating we no longer had a reservation. They also had issue with uber driver.
