Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums and beautiful grounds conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park Epic Universe opening May 2025 is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this home is a vast 2100 heat square feet and overlooks the lake next door to the main clubhouse. Free resort amenities with free parking.

Please note that through APRIL 28, 2025, the pool at the main clubhouse will be closed for remodeling. The clubhouse, gym, and concierge service remain open. However, the new mega pool complex in front of building 4114 Breakview Drive is now fully open, with a pool bar, multiple pools, splash pool, fire pit & hot tub, and being enjoyed. This is approximately a 5-minute walk across the street or two minutes by car where your pool pass will also work. Upstairs neighbors a bit noise.

The property and condo was nice, clean and close to everything. We were on the third floor and the last few nights had guests above us who were pretty loud all through the night. Not condo owners fault. Just luck of the draw.

Weekend in Orlando

This was a great place to stay in Orlando. The condo was as pictured and very nicely furnished. The location is great to get to many of the main attractions but also in a little quieter neighborhood. The only downside was that the pool that was right next to our building was closed for remodeling. We were informed but very close to our arrival date. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our 10 day stay at VistaCayOrlando. The condo was meticulously maintained and had everything we needed for a “homebase” while visiting area theme parks. We enjoyed being able to share meals together in the separate dining room. There was plenty of space in living room to hang out and watch tv at the end of our long days. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and large mirrors /counter space for multiple people getting ready. Having washer and dryer onsite was very convenient. We hit a cold spell for Florida so did not use the pool or tiki bar but did enjoy time on lake view porch and walking trail. Gary was great at communicating and recommended places to eat and shop. We would definitely stay in this unit at this resort in the future!

Great home base for family of 6

The condo was a great home base for our family of 6 visiting Discovery Cove and Sea World. The property managers are very friendly and communicative. Also, we felt very safe with it being a gated community and with the on site security. It’s within the Walmart delivery zone so we used that for groceries etc, and we used Uber to get around.

This place was even better than the pictures looked. The view from the balcony, the comfort of the beds, and the community itsself was all perfect. The basic essentials to the washer pods was perfect for what we needed on our 6 night stay. I am not usually a big reviewer but this place deserves it. I will definitely be staying here anytime I come back!!!

This place was in a great central location to all the tourist attractions. It was very clean and provided everything we needed to feel at home. Gary was great! We had a hair dryer fizzle out on us and he was quick to bring us a replacement. Wonderful customer service!

Amazing! Convenient Convention Center Condo

Absolutely perfect! Communication from Gary (host) was spectacular. The rental was safe, secure, immaculate, attractive and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely home away from home…including good quality laundry room in unit, tons of extra towels, and a fully outfitted kitchen. The location was ideal (though we had a rental car…walk to convention center is possible but hot and longer than you think). Facility including pools, lake (lovely view!) were delightful, kid friendly and CLEAN! Convenience store, grocery store, several restaurants and gas station all within easy walking distance. Parking and reliable internet included. All this, with 3br 2bath for MUCH less than any of the nearby hotels. Had a small mechanical issue (no fault of the host) which was fixed IMMEDIATELY, even though it was 8pm. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Wonderful experience! Thank you Gary!

We had a lovely stay at Vista Cay, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, lovely decor and well equipped. The apartment has lovely views of the lake. The area is very handy for Universal Studios and International Drive. The apartment complex is very secure with a great pool area and grounds.

Perfect Stay!

We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and this one was one of the cleanest, well maintained one we have ever stayed at. The condo was extremely spacious and perfect for our family and friends. The thing we were most impressed with was Gary the property manager. He contacted us via phone the day after checking in to ensure that everything met our expectations . Always enjoy Vista Cay, and look forward to visiting yearly! The Orland Vacation Home Condo was exceptional! Had all the comforts of home; spacious, accommodating, and best part was the lakefront view it provided! Gary paid special attention to our needs, and was there to help 24/7! Steps from our Condo was the pool, spa and bar area where we could enjoy a refreshing drink! Centrally located to parks, Disney Spring and family restaurants! Icon Park and mini golf a hop and a skip away! You will not be disappointed by Vista Cay and all that it has to offer! Orland Vacation Home Condo provided everything that we were looking for! We have stayed at Vista Cay several times. It is a great location. This condo was a great place to stay. Comfortable furnishings & a well stocked kitchen. The only complaint is that they provide only 4 pool towels for a 3 bedroom condo. It needs more pool towels

Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful time! The unit is as described and is very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were in great condition and very up-to-date. The resort amenities are perfect for families, couples, or a girls vacay. Email communications from Gary before, during, and after our stay was excellent. All details provided were exactly what was needed, and if we had any questions Gary was easy to reach and quick to respond by text or email. We would definitely stay here again!
