Very nice property staff was helpful but when we checked in I was told that there was a shuttle to Universal and that at 8:15 you could catch it and that the last one coming back was 5:30 pm! I thought that was a on going shuttle wrong! Maybe make that know in Bold Print! And say only one for the day when they tell you about it!

the room had some issues, commode was running, the refrigerator was loud, we had to unplug it . Breakfast was not "healthy friendly" Staff was nice , and easy to get to with good parking. Not bad experience for the price

I had a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. There was a bad smell as soon as I opened the door, and even the bed sheets had a bad odor. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere were disappointing and unsuitable for a family stay.

We have been traveling for 1 week due to the holiday. We stay in a hotel every day. This is the first time we have left so dissatisfied. The toilet was clogged. We wanted our room to change. Instead, they gave us pumps. The hot drink machine was broken. We couldn't even find hot water.
