No ice, one microwave in lobby, house keeping every other day and not in full, unsafe, side doors always open, one day with no water, two days with no hot water. Nice/friendly cleaning crew.

Unfortunately we had some problems. We booked for a accessible room and king bed, they gave us a regular room on 5th floor and 2 queen beds. But the worst part was that the elevator broke 2 days in a roll. Even though the staff was awesome, specially Mr Augustin for taking care of us, but as handicap person was very hard to go down 5 floors by stairs, plus luggage, the staff helped us out and even gave us complimentary breakfast . Overall the staff was great and the hotel is good.
