Nice VRBO with great host but place needs a little work
Good place but needs a little work. Single bathroom needs a ventilation fan. Kitchen sink needs maintenance. Host very helpful. Location is close to downtown and has options very close for food & beverage. Area seemed safe. With many past varied VRBO stays we rate an 8 out 10.

Perfect for our short stay
The place is immaculate and safe with all needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clean, neat with all new equipment, great parking in/out of the property. I will definitely stay again when in Orlando!!!

Great Experience!
We were in town for an event at Camping World Stadium. This property was just a short drive away. It was near many restaurants in the College Park area and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was quick to reply to questions. We would recommend and would consider for future stays!

Gorgeous property in an excellent location
This property is exactly at the pictures and more. Super cozy and clean, great location and quiet neighborhood. We spent the holidays in here and had a great time and whenever needed something, uber, Instacart and the near pharmacy and market were great. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
