Excellent location near the train station. Manager was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but good value for the city center.

Hotel was fine. Car park was quite a walk so not ideal with 2 large suitcases. Lifts were tiny and couldn’t fit 2 adults, 2 children and suitcases in so that was a bit of a pain late at night when we checked in. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and couldn’t get a hot drink anywhere when we arrived at 9pm.

Very outdated hotel, lobby smells like smoke, bathroom old and invested with cockroaches, breakfast if you do make use of it is not worth it, rather go out for breakfast.

Great for a stopover
Close to centre of Orleans (10 minute walk) with really secure underground parking, though it did cost 15 Euro for the night. Staff are really friendly and spoke good English - even pointing out good places to eat. The room was clean enough, and comfortable enough - not quite boutique hotel but good enough - we would return to this hotel if passing through again.

Great place for a weekend city break
Very central hotel, very close to the shops and restaurants of the old town. Parking is a little complicated (need to check in before getting the car off the street), but not unduly so. Staff very friendly, when they are at their station (Reception doesn't seem to be their normal abode).

Nice place close to historical center.
It was only one night we spent there, but everything was really good. Very nice and friendly guy at the front desk. Both our rooms were very good. Shower in the bathroom was great (really). Very good breakfast, underground car garage and short walk to Rue Jeanne d'Arc. And very reasonable price. Just a perfect stay.

Nice hotel near the city centre.
Very comfortable hotel near the centre of Orleans. Good English spoken and very friendly advice given. Parking is extra-15 euros per night and is underground, so staff must let you in. Good continental breakfast available at 9 euros each.

Easy stop over on route for Calais. Parking simple. Perfect for 5 minute walk into the old town which is perfect for an evening stroll / meal.

I wouldn't stay here again. Difficult to find parking, hotel lobby smelt of cigarettes and was very expensive for what you get. We only used for a stopover I feel sorry for those staying longer.

Very Friendly Staff
The Family Room we had was just what we needed, Lovely and clean and was made to feel very welcome. The location was fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the central market square for restaurants & bars etc. I hope to return and spend longer visiting Orleans next year.

Staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to brilliant center of Orleans. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Wonderful value! We would stay here again.

Disappointing but cheap
This was the most basic hotel. No reception service without bashing on a bell and waiting for someone to turn up. The room was simple and there was no attempt made to make you feel comfortable. The wifi was dropping frequently. The tv only showed French channels. The reception staff were extremely friendly though. That was the only good thing about the whole stay. Another dingy badly lit underground car park. Situated on the edge of the city centre but close to a major shopping mall. No restaurant or bar in the hotel and only limited soft drinks available during day times. I Think the reception staff went home at night and there was nobody available if you wanted a water after 7 pm.
