Sur la plage . Familiale. Près de resto et boutique et mini golf en face . L’état de la bâtisse est un peu abîmé mais la place est belle et le déjeuner inclus dans un environnement familial avec piscine et spa . Accepte les chiens

Hôtel nécessitant de faire de gros travaux de réaménagement, la peinture s'effrite, vétusté de l'endroit. Par contre gros plus pour la vue mer et la piscine

aucun petit déjeuner promis lors de la réservation, seulement un sac avec eau tangerine barre tendre et 2 petits muffins la cuisinette la cuisinier, seulement un élément fonctionnait J'aiomerais avoir un compasation ou un remboursemrnt

So sorry Denis you did not understand that the breakfast area is under renovations. Free breakfast is redacted on 3rd party sites for this reason. Hope you enjoyed other aspects of your stay!

Very very very old hotel, no heat. I do not recommend it. Noisy.

When we went in the room it smelled moldy. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and found bed bugs. The refrigerator was moldy and very rusty. We went straight back to the office and asked for our money back. We went through a booking service but we did get our money back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, the room you were assigned to was thoroughly inspected by our licensed pest control company and they found no signs of any bugs in that room and that room is now guaranteed for 3 months. As far as a refund, Expedia has your money. I refunded this reservation the same day. Sorry things didn't work out here and maybe you will give us another try in the future.

Rooms where average but the clean pool and ocean side view made up for that and affordable pricing.

Could have been cleaner

Budget friendly oceanfront rooms. The hotel is older and and that was fine by me, but cigarette butts were left in a dirty coke can and on the balcony, the walls were dirty with other people's hair and so was the floor. One walk, barefoot through the room, and my feet were black and sandy, and I hadn't gone to the beach yet. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lamps were so rusty I was afraid to plug anything into them, however, I know they were hit by Hurricane Ian and as such, are still rehabilitating the hotel. The room should have been cleaner though, and that is what I didn't like. It was as if the floor hadn't been mopped in a long time. The beds were fine though.

The facilities were awesome around the property. Everything looked good. Their property needs some cosmetic care.
