Great little spot for a getaway. Would make a good base camp for a small family or couple on a beach weekend. Great restaurants just blocks away. The beach outside. Book it!

Never again
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAgain we did not stay in the property and they refused a refund. Only had partial electricity which was only the TV. Property lied and stated he offer a refund and never did.

This was a day after hurricane Milton, we were one of the few places up and running. We had hot water, beach access, a working pool, staff, and partial electricity. We did not have AC. We worked hard to remain open for the local community, to give people without any water, electric, or basic services, a safe haven. I personally reached out to every guest in advance to let them know the situation, offered a free refund or a free date change, with no penalties, but told them if they did decide to come, and utilize the room, there would be no refunds at that point. Jamie explained to me that they were here unfortunately for a funeral, and were happy to accept the room without full amenities. They came and used the room. I turned away many people looking for a safe place to stay.

Although close to the beach, the hotel needs some attention and repair. The room was very snug for two people. We made the best of the limited kitchenette that was provided. Bed was a Murphy bed built into the wall cabinet and not very comfortable sadly.

As I walked into the This room first thing I noticed was a huge mold stain on the ceiling, But that wasn't even the worst of it.They had open wires in the ceiling not in a closed conjunction box.
The place was absolutely disgusting, When I called expedia and them, they refused to refund even though I had pictures.And video showing the hazards conditions.
The property manager told me that If I felt unsafe , I should book somewhere else but he would not be refunding a dime.
Please be aware of this place.I hope no other family has to go through what we've been through and lose out what we've lost.

We strive to exceed every guests expectations. Our great rating and wonderful feedback speak for themselves. This is not an accurate account of the situation that occurred. Unfortunately this was an example of someone attempting to fraudulently stay for free.
