Really disappointed with our stay at the Radisson Beach, we booked a suite and when we entered our room, it was not clean, broken glass, toe nails on the floor, hair on floor and on bed sheets, empty tissue boxes, dust, holes in the bedding. Was absolutely shocking, it took them 4 attempts to try and rectify and get the room right and they still couldn’t manage it. The head of house keeping could not understand why we were not happy, hotel management said they were embarrassed but still didn’t try and rectify the issue. Broken tiles on the swimming pool. There was crushed muffing on the floor that was there for the 5 days we were there, no pride at all in the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
Only positive was the breakfast and the staff, they would go over and beyond to help especially Dora they were all amazing.
It’s a new hotel and it’s a shame they are not maintaining it.
Would never recommend or stay there again.
