Nice hotel, but very badly managed. Service is very slow, reception even worse. Wi-Fi doesn't work. The restaurant is just chaos.

Property was oversized as in my own fault i haven't investigated enough...... but overall... the location... the stuff... was excellent.
I enjoyed my stay.

The resort was very beautiful; however, you have to pay for everything, literally. We didn’t know about the fee to use the pool and ocean, the buffet for lunch and dinner was super pricey at 50€ for two people. But the resort itself was beautiful, flowers everywhere!

Not worth it
Posted Aug. 29, 2016 on HotelsWay too expensive, the price doesn't meet the required service standards. The breakfast was terrible, the overall experience was not a 4* one either. You would be better off renting a b&b for half the price and the same comfort or going
more northwards where you would find better hotels for the same price.

beautiful park, close to the beach

Pros: location, park and flowers
Cons: internet in the room for free, better breakfast ( with cereals).
Location: perfekt location, near the beach, nearby is a nice town Orosei with amazing old town
unfortunatly no internet in the room, only on the reception for charge. Worth telephone connection, but beautiful beach and the park. Breakfast not really special.

Great Hotel but hire a car!!

Due to the location, you need wheels if you intend to vacate the resort for anything. Taxis are painfully expensive and limited, think 240Euros for a 100km round trip :( a necessity if you go to clubs etc which are miles away! Noted for my next visit ;)
Huge resort, very nice but more a 3 star in terms of facilities and service. Limited English, but French spoken widely by staff at the front desk.
Entertainment staff seemingly never sleep, pleasant enough but it gets irritating when you get disturbed to talk about nothing in particular - very weird but I guess friendly. The shows were amateur and harmless but we were clueless to the intent as all Italian - not a whine but it had zero flow!
Some staff go the extra mile and are fantastique! Some are useless and rude but very few.
Pool and beach fabulous - overall very nice place.

Disappointingly large hotel

Cons: Family rooms, Restaurants, Not many English speakers
Location: About 2km away from Orosei which is a nice little town. Make sure you have a car
We booked this hotel hoping for a nice family experience but this is a 1500 person hotel. It looks nice from the outside and the pool is great. It is also close to the sea with a great beach. However, our family room left a lot to be desired. There was mold on the wall and the shower wasn't working properly. Also, there wasn't enough space for 2 suitcases! When we complained, we were moved to the much smaller (500 people only!) Baia di Pines hotel in Budoni. This was much better and we had a good time here.
A car is definitely recommended.

Posted Oct. 2, 2023 on HotelsSivussa Orosein keskustasta.Oma ranta,mutta portti sinne suljetaan illalla.Todella suuri tontti ja myös itse koko Hotelli todella suuriVaatii hieman aikaa päästä kartalle kulku reiteistä.Henkeä salpaavan suuri uima-allas.Huone on iso.Tehokas ilmastointi.Oma parveke kuivaustelineellä.Jääkaappi ja muutama sänky.Tehokas huone siivous.Todella hyvä Ruoka.Iso sänky.
