Never Again

1) AC did not work…it was 100 degrees outside. 2) We were given another room…refrigerator had bugs. 3) Bathroom had hair on the walls. 4) Around 10pm the bathtub and toilet backed up as well as started leaking from the bottom. 5) When we were leaving we noticed someone slashed tire. 6) When I chatted with Hotel.com, I was told I could only get a $25 credit, because the hotel offered me a room and I didn’t take it. Yes, they offered us a room and it was filthy! Not only that, they said it was the only room. This is unacceptable. I’m disappointed it you because you allow them to represent you and represent them.

Horrible experience.

Air conditioning doesn’t work and it was 106 degrees.. first room they gave us wasn’t even ready ( no comforters or sheets), full of flies and dirty. And the second one had flies too and ac unit broken too.. we had to leave after being there for about an hour.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty flat surfaces. Hair on the floor and in the tub.Remote control was crusted with who knows what..I did complain..and was refunded 1/2..Still wasn't acceptable
