Hidden gem
Posted Sep. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayBeautiful and secluded location overlooking Ash lake. The leaves were turning colors and we saw the northern lights. Spectacular! The cabin had everything we needed for our autumn getaway!

Loved the stay!
Posted Aug. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayThis cabin was perfect for our family. It is right on a lake that was not busy at all. The fire pit allowed us to have an all-day fire and simply enjoyed our time. The water level was too low to get the boats out so that was a bummer but we enjoyed the kayaks. The regular trains that went by actually created a reminder that we were not so secluded. We had a great time!

Great location, fishing was a little slower this year but I think the extreme heat and a cold front at the end of the week played a part. We still caught 3 meals of fish, daughter caught a real nice 21” walleye and some real slabber sunnies! My wife, 15 year old daughter, my mother and mother in law were all very comfortable and made some great memories. Planning on returning next year!!!😊

Perfect for our family

Posted Jun. 6, 2023 on HomeAwayIt was a beautiful week when we stayed. This has been the 4th year we have stayed here and the fishing has been awesome and the cabin always clean at a very reasonable rate for what you get. Book early because this is a diamond of the north.

Fall Wonderland
Posted Oct. 20, 2022 on HomeAwayPerfect place to stay in the Fall. Close to Voyageurs National Park for hiking.
Cabin had everything we needed including a spacious property to enjoy fires, walks and morning coffee outside.
