Gettysburg
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAway10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg. I would put this into my Top 5 cleanest rental. Plenty of room to spread out. More interior lights that I have ever seen. It was nice to sit out on the porch early evening. TV's in the bedroom would be a nice addition. If we are in the area again we would stay here.

Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband, myself, my sister and her husband pulled up late afternoon to check in and were immediately in awe of how beautiful this home was before even stepping foot inside. The views are stunning and when we were not in Gettysburg sight seeing we were all out on the porch enjoying the outdoors. We were visited every morning and evening by deer's. The home was huge and each room tastefully furnished. Check in and Check out was very seamless. We were only a short 15 minute ride outside of Gettysburg which made going into town to do sightseeing easy. The property manager is very responsive which was great. I would definitely book this home again in the future.

Beautiful Home and Stay
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHome was the perfect layout and will treat you to fantastic views. We were there to visit the battlefields and it was very nice to be able to come to this gem a few minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gettysburg.

Gettysburg Soccer Tourney Trip

Peaceful with elbow room to spare, this was exactly what our family needed for rest in between games - we look forward to returning next year!

That view!!
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home is on a hill with a spectacular view! So peaceful and lovely!! Coffee in the mornings sitting on the rockers listening to over 20 varieties of birds chirping was just wonderful, and saw deer! Very spacious as well! Highly recommend it!

Gettysburg Getaway
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were lucky to be able to bring our grandsons to this wonderful home to enjoy Gettysburg with them. Gettysburg and the house lived up to their billing. We had a great long weekend.
We have rented many VRBO homes over the years and this, by far, the nicest and it came exactly as advertised, which sometimes doesn’t happen. Nice job!!

Spacious and open

There was an extra mattress under the bed in the smaller bedroom that we ended up pulling out and using so we didn't need the pullout couch for our 2 teenage boys. The wood floors were beautiful but it was nice to have rugs in the sitting areas. The kitchen had all the basics. I had trouble with the can opener one night and had to pry the lid off of sauce...what a mess! I recommended they get an electric opener🙂 The beds were Very firm but comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the bathtub filled up quickly. I think it would be a beautiful view in the summer. We had trouble with the TV hooking up to the internet but the property manage, who lives downstairs, came right up and worked it out. We only heard them the first night.
