Un chalet suisse en Turquie !!!
Publié le 1 mai 2014 sur HotelsSurtout ne pas prendre de duplex, une piece minuscule en rdc sans lumiere et a l'étage une fenetre minuscule en sous bassement !!! L'hotel était en travaux (odeur de peinture, bétonniere et scie circulaire)pendant notre séjour (avril 2014) avec aucune infrastructure, piscine interieure vide...(cela aurait été bien de le notifier lors de la résa) Petit déjeuner epouvantable !! Le seul avantage tout proche de la superbe ville de Dalyan avec acces par un chemin bordant la rivière.

Daytime staff were brilliant and helpful.
Night reception was a cowboy who demanded 400 Turkish Lirra for making a call to my room.
Otherwise I couldn’t fault the staff or facilities

Great hotel for what you need. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice spa / sauna on site, in a nice quiet area with access to all you need with just a short walking distance.

Es war mal ein schönes Hotel . Seit 4 Jahren gehen wir hin - es bräuchte teilweise Sanierung und seriöse Manager. Wir haben ein Zimmer vonn120€ bezahlt und Standard (57€) bekommen

Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HotelsGerçekten rezalet bir oteldi. Deluxe oda tutmama rağmen önce bana başka bir oda verdiler ve odalarının kalmadığını söylediler. Daha sonra ısrar edince odamı bana verdiler. Odada şartel sürekli atıp durdu. Elektirikler sürekli kesildi. Odalar zaten karanlık. Sıcak su yoktu sular ılık akıyordu. Soğuk suda duş aldım. Banyonun penceresinin menteşesi kopuktu her an düşecek gibiydi. Klozetin sifonu arızalıydı. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Büyük bir otel ve çalışan sayısı yetersiz. Bir daha asla uğramam. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Tek iyi yanı odanın manzarasıydı ona da bu para verilmez.

Do not stay here - checked in for two nights but didn’t even stay one night - renovation work going on all over the hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, tables and chairs being put together all day so lots of noise outside the room and had to go into town to find a quieter area to use wifi and work, other furniture stacked up in communal areas of the hotel. Genuinely did not feel a safe or comfortable environment to stay in.
Agreed with reception staff that I would check out the same day and they agreed to process refund the next day.
Got home two days later and refund had not been processed. Emailed the hotel three times over the course of a week and did not receive one response - all contact completely ignored.
Asked Expedia to intervene and hotel told them they would not refund despite telling me when I checked out that they would process the refund.
All of this is just basic good manners and customer service that you would expect any hotel to provide but to essentially lie that they would refund and then not do so, is inexcusable.
All of this is without even commenting on the state of the rooms with old, tired and chipped furniture, small dirty bathrooms and communal areas - the whole place needs renovating - but they should not be accepting guests whilst doing so.
If you want to pay good money for a poor hotel and even poorer customer service, BC Spa is the place for you.
Took multiple phone calls and a lot of persistence to get Expedia to eventually make the refund.

Dear Sir/ Madam,We feel deeply sorry about your experience at BC Hotel.We do have our excuses about stacked up furnite and preparations for up coming Ramadan Feast (Bank Holidays) But no excuse can be a rightful reason in this case.We hope that you accept our apoligies for the inconviences we have caused.(We did send you an e-mail explaining that we are tring to find a way to transfer the full amounth of the money you paid back to your account. Maybe you didnt receive it.)
