Avis Stunning Riverside Villa

Lovely big 5 bedroom villa with mountain views, owner quickly sorted out the problems we had, unfortunately these should of been fixed before we got there ie: bathroom fixtures all broken off the wall, shower head broken off, etc etc

Property is in a good location. The pool is great, the size of the villa is good. However, it is so tired and run down inside it should not be rented at these prices. When we arrived there were several plug sockets hanging out of the wall, toilet flushers missing in 2 rooms, broken light fittings, broken tiles in the pool area. There was no wifi or tv on arrival, this got fixed within 36 hours so fair enough. But the jacuzzi bath was broken for first 6 days as was the dishwasher. The oven is so old there is rust exposed all round the front and no numbers to tell what temperature you are cooking at, also the kettle was always dodgy but stopped working completely after 4 days so we were boiling water in a pan for 5 days in a £900 a week villa. Apart from this it is just in desperate need of a refurb to bring it any where near the standards of the price it demands. I asked the host for a partial refund to reflect the missing facilities and number of broken items but i have not yet been reimbursed.

The villa is great. We know the area very well from previous trips but it was our first time in this villa. The Aircon is excellent and villa is spacious, we had 10 with the youngest being 18yrs old. All the ensuites were clean tidy and working. The Pool is perfect for keeping cool and lazy splashing about. Garden is tidy and the kusk perfect for relaxing. We did need to get a couple of of things sorted in the first day. A couple more sun loungers - 10 adults we all wanted one - and a couple of bulbs needed changing. Have to say that Alistair was excellent he got everything sorted quickly and the managing agents were round really quickly. Location is great for easy access to the town for river boats, restaurants or just a wander. Definitely recommend this villa and Alistair.

We had an awesome break due to the house being as advertised , a helpful owner and great property managers who made everything just too easy .... so we could relax and enjoy our short break !!! Thank You so much

As an extended family of 10 a larger property like Villa Victoria was perfect in size and location. Alistair the owner, very kindly arranged our transfer from the airport to the villa and this was without a hitch. On arrival at the Villa we were really pleased at how clean and spacious the villa was, however were little disappointed that there wasn't an information folder for things like supermarkets, Dr etc, however prior to our flight out to Turkey we did receive an email advising us on directions to the supermarket, where to look for boat trips etc. I would recommend this property, its in a lovely area and the locals are so friendly. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice but I would definitely recommend eating at one of the restaurants down the river.
