Comfortable stay for a big group
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 14 people stay and everyone had a comfortable bed. The bunk rooms were great. Wish the waterfront was accessible, but we were able to use a dock down the street to get to the water for fishing and paddleboarding. Loved being close to Margaritaville to use their pools. All in all a great stay!

Well Maintained Property and Responsive Host

We ran into some issues with the hot tub, and he had his service company out within a few hours. The house was clean and well equipped. Everything was as described. We loved the sun porch with views of the lake. Overall, it was a smooth experience and we would return again.

Golf outing

Finally found out from the host that the router was located in a locked service closet. We were never able to get TV reception. A set of instruction would have been really helpful. One of the upstairs rooms had a very noisy air conditioner. Front porch light was burned out.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience with the wi-fi, and we’re glad we could assist you when the issue was brought to our attention. The router’s location is indeed in a service area for security, and we are creating clear, accessible instructions to prevent any future issues.
We regret to hear about the TV reception; unfortunately, this can sometimes be affected by local service outages beyond our control, but we’re looking into backup options to improve this.
For the air conditioner and porch light, these concerns have been promptly addressed. We are grateful for your feedback as it helps us to enhance the experience for all our guests.

Great stay, responsive host
Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time staying here! Every bedroom had its own bathroom and mini fridge, and were each very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub on the patio and access to a community pool. The host was also very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Great place for a family vacation!
Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThere were 14 family members on our vacation (ages ranging from 3-73.) This was a perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and well maintained. Our host was very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great spot - would recommend

Very comfortable with plenty of sleeping space and a large gathering area on the main floor, along with a couple of decks and a hot tub. Quick ride over to Margeritaville or a few other spots along the water. Very nice and quiet area. Would go back!
