Staff was fantastic. Balcony overlooking lake was great. Room very clean and enjoyed our stay very much. Will be back!

Relaxing lil getaway

The location was wonderful I really enjoyed the views. I stayed on the 3rd level there's Oprah legs to lake and the pool. The hot tub works but it needs some help. The sauna was not working. So far was open all night on Wednesday. But then the story was not over. It's in a good location it wasn't hard to find. For the best price this is the best one. I will be back.

Weekend family getaway

Doorman & Jennifer at the front desk 10/10 Comfy beds & no bugs another 10/10 Other than that this place is pretty run down. There's soooo much trash thrown over/off balconies and never cleaned up? Not sure. Tons of college parties. Not really a young family vibe. Used to be our go to years ago though..All the employees were amazing!! Didn't get in the pool as my kids pulled at least 10 cans/bottles out. Pool area needed attention (They had fun) TV was wonky (sound didn't work sometimes), might have a underlying mold issue(couldn't breathe), & the elevators had sticky floors (happens, just needed mopped) All of this to say my kids wouldn't stop picking up trash any chance they had! There's a lot left!!!

Thank you for your review, Angela. We understand it can be challenging for guests during Fraternity weekends. We do our best to keep regular guests separated from the group but there is no way to separate the amenities. The fraternity picked up ALL the trash before they left on Sunday. We apologize for any issues and hope your daughter's pinky has fully recovered.

EXCELLENT stay! Staff from doorman to front desk to restaurant were very nice and the room was clean. Spectacular view of the lake and convenient location. Maybe not the shiniest penny at the lake but for the price it's well worth it!

Needs update

The hot price was different than the price I was guaranteed through Hotels.com. black mold was in my room, a long with spider webs. I added pictures of the mold on the walls.
