Fantastic location for families to enjoy everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer BOTH ON and OFF the water! The property is at mile marker 20 in a quiet, protected cove where you can safely swim, kayak, and fish. We are also just minutes from the main channel by boat & close to Redhead Lakeside Grill & Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, Margaritaville, & Dog Days Restaurants. This is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy water sports, fishing, hiking and exploring in the nearby parks & caves. With easy access to HWY 54, its just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks & more!

BE OUR GUEST!
This clean and inviting home has 1900 sq. ft. (sleeps 10) and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway with friends or family! The open floorplan has two levels which make it easy to spread out and allow the adults & kids to have their own spaces. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level and one bedroom downstairs with two sets of bunkbeds and a full bath. There is a Queen bed and an inflatable bed available in the lower level for additional sleeping options.

You will feel right at home in the fully-equipped kitchen including a coffee bar, toaster, blender, crockpot, spices, grilling accessories & even a Margarita Machine! A gas grill with propane is available for your use. Seating for 6 at the table and an additional 5 stools at the counter. There is a 50” Smart TV in the main level living area and a 60” Smart TV in the downstairs family room/game room.

The DECK has many table/seating options for you to enjoy the lake views. Roast some marshmallows & enjoy an evening by the fire pit!

Other Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, Linens & Towels, Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash, Washer/Dryer w/ Detergent, Beach Towels, Hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board, Dish Soap, Paper Towels, & Trash Bags.

PRIVATE DOCK & SLIP

Bring the Boat! You will have access to a Private Dock with 10’ X 26’ Slip and 10' X 36’ Swim Platform & Ladder. Paddle Boat, Two Kayaks, Floating Noodles & a Lilypad is available to you! Great Fishing off the Dock too- fishing poles included!

Jet ski and Boat Rentals are available in our cove at Surdyke’s Marina & Boat Rental.

Note: The home is located on a gentle lot, so it’s an easy walk to the dock – no steep steps or hills! This is hard to find in the Ozarks!

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No Events or Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties. No outside guests without prior written consent from the owner.
- Smoking Permitted on the Driveway ONLY.
- No Pets allowed. If pets are found on the property, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Exceptional property
This house has so many amenities and is really centrally located. I was most impressed with how clean, organized, and labeled everything was. All the features and amenities of the house were so easy to use and find! The dock had so many fun things for the kids and adults. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Also the property owner was really easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They thought of everything for this property and even had a book of recommended places to eat and grocery stores. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We are so grateful to have found this gem!

The Most Perfect Lake House
We had our annual family gathering and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house to gather in. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfy and the house was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time on the lake. The hosts were very communicative and answered any questions we had promptly. We loved the short, easy walk to the dock. The children (all under 7yo) spent almost all day swimming, playing on the lily pad and with all the water toys provided. The adults fished right from the dock and everyone had fun kayaking and using the paddle boat. I don’t know if we will be able to find a better place to stay the next time we visit the Ozarks. This is the place to beat!

This was the best VRBO rental we have ever had! They thought of everything and we enjoyed every amenity. The house was clean and everything was so organized. This place was fantastic. Great location with quiet cove for fishing and swimming. Very attentive host. We turned off a switch that cut power to the dock by accident, texted host and 5 minutes later my mistake was corrected. Thats what you want in a host. Would stay again

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful time during our quick stay. The house was very clean with all the needed amenities and TONS to do for the kids. Games, inside toys, lake toys, kayaks, etc. This place had it all. Andrea was a great host. She had good communication throughout the process and stay and was very accommodating to our needs. Our group would definitely stay here again.

Don’t pass this up!
This was our 5th time at Lake of the Ozarks but 1st time at this house. It was the perfect location, well equipped and very clean! I especially loved how they had things labeled so you would know what lights go to what and etc. The owners thought of everything to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly suggest staying here. We will definitely be back.

Clean and Comfortable for families
This house has everything that you need (and nothing that you don't, as in no clutter)! I have to complement the host on clean, beautiful decor, excellent organization and thoughtfulness! You could tell that every detail was well thought out. The dock had ample life jackets and my kids enjoyed kayaking around the cove and jumping on the lily pad. The downstairs is stocked with family games, golden tee, darts, etc. Great for families with kids. Check in process was easy. We felt all the love and comforts of home!

Clean and Accurate description
The property was perfect! We had plenty of room, everything we needed, as it all was labeled. It was very clean, and cozy. The driveway description was accurate. It was steep. We did not have a boat, but I wouldn’t have tried to back down it. It was April, so we weren’t able to get in the water, but the boys still used the kayaks, pedal boat, and fished off the dock in between their fishing tournaments. Also, lots of games for the kids to do downstairs. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the beautiful view. We are actually already planning a summer trip with the family to stay here again!

Relaxing Spring Break at a beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay - 5 stars across the board! Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrea was great at communicating! The house was better than we expected. Weather wasn’t favorable the first couple days, but the games on site were fun to pass the time - especially the Golden Tee! Enjoyed the quiet cove, and seeing deer right next door! Close drive to restaurants, and also DoorDash available too. We will definitely book this house again!

Amazing Vacation Spot!
The house was extremely well stocked, clean, and comfortable for us 6 adults and our 3 year old. There was more space than we needed and the separation between upstairs and the downstairs made it great for those late night owls. The quiet cove the house is located in makes it perfect for hanging out in the water and playing with all the water toys they have available. We are definitely coming back!

Great family time
This was our second stay at this property this summer. Loved it both times. Nice quiet cove, close to many ameneties and attractions. Marina close by has boats, tritoons and PWC's availalbe for rent as well. GRandkids caught many fish off the doc and enjoyed swimming and floating on the lilypad. Will definitely come back again!
