Needs BETTER signs directing to property!
MAYBE add a half bath (face basin and stool)
ADD a contact number for propery management for texting.

MY phone number is listed not only on vrbo BUT also directly at the house, I am owner, cleaner, and property manager. It would be easy to locate the number as it is in multiple locations and I encourage guests to message as needed. You received turn by turn directions to enter the property and a link to a map. The house is clearly labeled with street and address. You never replied to ANY of my messages. I know they were received because you were sent the door entry code as well and were able to check in successfully. Glad you had a great vacation.

Fall at the Lake

Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThere appeared to be some water damage from the roof which concerned my in-laws about mold. We did not see any visible signs just some water marks on the ceiling. Overall - my husband and I were very happy with the house and location! Thanks!

You did not see signs of mold because there is none, so not a kind thing to write. If you were concerned i had a current water leak as you stated I find it odd you said nothing and remained in the house for a week and then just wrote about it in a review. The ceiling was repainted some time ago and the roof has been replaced in the last 5 years. When I bought the house a vented ridge cap was added. I will repaint the ceiling because the paint does not match perfectly which is what you observed.
