Fall Family Getaway

The kitchen is well stocked and great for preparing family dinners. Jason makes it very easy to reserve and quickly responds to all questions. We’ll definitely be back.

Family weekend getaway
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo complex is located close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The pools are a lot of fun for our grandchildren, as well as the adults in our group. Our condo has a screened in balcony which not only keeps the bugs out, but keeps the grandchildren in! The manager is easy to get in touch with. Have stayed in this condo multiple times!

Disappointing
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayA few years ago this was a luxury condo and I loved it. This is my third time renting it in the last 12 years or so. It is sad then to write this negative review but it really was that bad. The carpet is old and dirty, My daughter upon arrival with 3 children had to wash all bedding and some towels and do some cleaning. The mattresses are soft and go almost to the bottom when setting on them, couches were outdated and dirty. A stool outside was broken and sitting in our closet, another one leaned toward jonses. We couldn't park in any numbered spaces , so at times had to walk quite a ways. Handprints all over the outside glass deck. I feel so bad writhing this because the bones of the condo are so beautiful just needs a total updating. I paid luxury condo prices and did not get what I had paid for. The manager's response was great at first, he was not responsible for the cleaners but after requesting them to come mop the floors and clean the bathrooms, there was no response, nothing for the rest of our stay. The last thing you want to do upon arriving for a hopefully wonderful vacation is have to clean and do laundry. Like i said it was at one time worth the money but no longer. I have rented thru VRBO for at least 30 years and have never written a bad review. I have never had an experience like this before. It is not easy for me to do this but when you pay a higher price so you have a nicer condo for your family and there isn't much of a response??

Thank you, Penny for your review. I was happy to send the cleaners back as you mentioned, but if you recall it was your daughter who arrived the first day who complained to you before we spoke. You explained your daughter had addressed these things and she just wanted to be compensated which isn’t something we offer. To our future guests, please scan through our long history of reviews. We have 144 to-date all of which are highly scored. We simply have not had any of these types of claims or complaints from other guests including more recent guests who have stayed after this family. The condo owners regularly stay in the condo at length to address maintenance needs, change decor for the seasons, and ensure things are kept orderly and tidy. This is a beautiful condo and the vast majority of our guests agree!

Annual girls weekend

We have stayed in this condo, I believe, 5 times and it has always been a seamless process to reserve and to communicate with Jason.It is always clean and well cared for. We will be back again next November!
