Wonderful girls' trip
Publié le 13 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a group of 4 and loved the home. Everyone had plenty of space and said their beds were very comfortable. There was a well decorated living room with a large table to play games. It was a great house.

My trip
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe floor was very dirty— after wearisome light gray socks when I took them off they were brown on the bottom. There were dead bugs in the lights and on the bathroom vanity and toilet. The pitcher on the fridge had several dead bugs in it. The deck had some boards replaced but still seeunsafe, we never used it. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom would not close and lock making us all feel unsafe.the hot pads were disgusting with food on them. The barstool had dried up crusty food on them and there were rocks on the throw rug. This place was by no means of cleaned. You pay a lot of service/cleaning fees when you rent these places . I feel as tho I should get some type of a refund. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this is only the second bad review I have had to give.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and wish you had reached out to the guest contact during your stay. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address any concerns you may have had. - We have a long-standing relationship with our housekeeper, and we have notified her of your concerns. She will be taking extra care moving forward to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned.- The contractor inspected the sliding door after your stay and confirmed it locks properly, though we understand the issue could have been related to humidity. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused.- Our housekeeper will also be checking all light fixtures and surfaces more carefully to avoid any future issues with insects, which can be common in this area, especially if doors are left open.- We’ve made note of your concerns about the deck and will continue to monitor it to ensure safety.Thanks again for sharing your feedback, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a truly 5-star experience in the future.

Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this same house last year and loved it. It’s the perfect amount of house for our five young kids. Only minor complaint is the bed in the bedroom to the right felt like it lost support in the middle. My wife and I were rolling into the middle of the mattress.
It’s only one house away from the pool which has a fantastic view and large shallow area for kids to play.

Great location and amenities
