The front doors were about to fall off and the whole entryway looked terrible. The rest of the place was clean

From the moment we got there we had issues. Starting with the tv not working; and the lock being broke on our room door. Then going to go for a swim with the kids and the pool was dirty the hot tub wasn’t even half full and had so many bugs in it. Coming back from the pool the lock that was broke just stuck and we were locked out our room for about an hour. To the point they had to break it off to get us in the room. We had nothing on us since we were just downstairs at the pool. They didn’t change our rooms or do anything. They said they would take care of it but they haven’t just dodged the phone calls. This was not a good place to stay and highly suggest not giving them your money!!

The floors were dirty, painted spots missing on bathroom door, floor was very wavey and uneven, about a two to three inch gap under main door to the room, the elevator doors and it moving was heard all night, freezer had so much ice in it, the parking lot coming in had a huge pothole, third floor smelled like pot really bad, back of remote control battery cover was halfway broken, mattress protector was broken and held together by staples and several stains on it, microwave was dirty on the inside.

Not worth the price

It was not what we expected and not how it was advertised. It was run down and not worth the price. Towels were thin and rag-like and we had to get new towels from the front desk each time we needed some. It felt like we were in a cheap Motel 8
