Pour : le personnel est sans doute l'un des meilleurs que j'ai rencontré alors que j'ai fait bcp d'hôtels au Japon
Contre : aucun à mon sens
Emplacement : c'est un quartier d'affaires, mais la station de métro est directement sous l'immeuble, permettant de rejoindre tous les lieux de la ville rapidement
tres bel hotel, raffiné et très luxueux. Piscine et spa qui donnent sur la ville; chambres spacieuses, personnel au petit soin

Pour : Breathtaking views of Osaka (from 33th to 40th floors). Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious and modern-furnished rooms. Very nice spa.
Contre : Staff's English level could be improved. Many have a good one, but some have a very low one (if not none at all).
Emplacement : Hotel perfectly located, between Osaka station and Osaka downtown, on a very nice area (an small island). Metro station just located on the basment.
A Hilton group hotel, Conrad Osaka opened in 2017. You access the hotel through a long and modern-decorated corridor, where a groom welcomes you, takes care of your luggage and takes you to the elevetor. After a short journey, you arrive on the 40th floor where the reception is located. As soon as the doors open, a staff member welcomes you (and even calls you by your last name). You are then immediately amazed by the breathtaking view of Osaka through the floor-to-celling large windows which cover all the walls. You enjoy the same view from your room (where you remotly control the curtains with a tablet on your night table), the breakfast room and the spa/pool. Staff members are very nice, always pleased to assit you and make your stay wonderful. Conrad Osaka's slogan is "Your address in the sky" and indeed, you are just feeling you are flying in the sky all over your stay.

Amazing, except for the breakfast.

One morning, the host was very rude as I walked up to tell them my family was already seated. When I did finally say they were in there, she just grunted and looked back at her ipad. Another morning, the host could not find my room number on the list, and while the apologized, it shouldn't be that hard. The service once inside was very slow. Overall, this is a great hotel, and they deserve to be well regarded, however, the breakfast was a miss.

This hotel is very modern and the views from day to sunset and night are just breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean, lobby bar has stunning views and great food and drinks. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe always felt like the most important thing for all the employees was for us to enjoy our stay the maximum amount. We were afraid to feel out of place as such a beautiful hotel but this was only before we arrived.
They were also really helpful with accommodating for vegetarian restrictions at their restaurants. Breakfast was also the best we have had in Japan. Both for a vegetarian and a meat eater.
