Namba stay

Good location, close to namba train station. The hotel and rooms were well appointed. Paid for a bigger room but it came with a sofa bed with a double bed. Preferred more space. Swift attention from our housekeeper in sorting out a leaky kettle.

This hotel is a great choice. You are only a 15-minute walk away from Dotonbori street and across the street from Namba station. The staff is kind and helpful. Check in and check out are quick and very straight forward.

The Hotel was spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and mine even had a foot massager that I used after logging 23,000 steps. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Osaka.

Would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience at Hiyori Hotel in Nov 24. The room was slightly larger than the typical size for Japan. We enjoyed sitting at the window having our breakfast people watching. The bathroom facilities were brilliant and we had free welcome gifts such as face masks and tea. The hotel is between 3-10 min walk depending which gate you need for train. About 5 minute walk from Dontoburi with every shop and restaurant you need! Despite its location it was quiet and we slept well, highly recommended.

We had a nice room, very clean. Not as small as I was expecting, and we had quite a bit of luggage. The breakfast buffet was actually quite good, serving Japanese breakfast options. Great location. I would stay again.

The rooms we stayed in were clean, modern-style, a lot more spacious compared to other hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo. Most importantly, the rooms were also provided with an air humidifier/purifier and a foot massager! The staff were friendly and helpful but there's a lack in English language skill overall. Google translate app came in handy. Lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby. Namba station and Dotonbori, Takashiyama and shops are within walking distance. Very convenient. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!
