Room was very small. Business persons hotel. Check in could be improved by registering early and then picking up your keys when the room is ready. Currently everyone lines up at time of check in. Big waste if time while on vacation.

HEART OF OSAKA WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Our family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 teenagers will comfortable in 3 room which was booked with breakfast. Once you go down the bottom floors of the hotel, it is another mecca of food, restaurants, shopping and linked to nearby other eateries and shopping areas. There was always a taxi downstairs we could secure or Uber. Front desk staff helped us check in early with minimal fee because one of our family was not feeling well. We will return to Osaka and Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka.

The hotel is good overall with it's proximity near to all the shoppings malls and stations. It is easily accessible to all parts of Osaka. However I do have to comment on the pillow quality that was provided. It was very flat thus making my wake up with some neckache. The hotel also do not have spare pillow to provide. The hotel should ask themselves if the quality of the pillow that they are providing is sufficient for the guests if not I do expect a 4 star hotel should at least have the capacity to provide sufficient quantity of pillows to guests that requires it. The gym was Abit lacklustre as well. I do not expect a well rounded gym with different kinds of machines and weights but I do expect at least equipped with treadmill. To my disappointment, it do not have treadmills at all. The gym can be improved with better equipments.

Location is marvelous for the hotel. Many eatery and shopping malls within walking distance around this hotel. It is a bit pricey but is worthy for the location. Hotel facility is new and room size is good. Except one day we get only 2 bottles of water instead of 3 for 3 guests. Called the front desk they asked us to buy from the vending machine.

Our room & public areas were always clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in/check out process was fast and easy. Hotel was very close to many shops, eateries, and most importantly multiple train stations which made it convenient for us to get to and from our hotel. They offer plenty of amenities before you go to your room. They offer same day luggage delivery service to the airport (which was a major plus for my family and I) so we weren’t lugging around 10 pcs of luggage around Osaka and during our transportation to the airport. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

This hotel was located next to the Osaka JR Station. There are local Umeda subway station nearby. Thus, it is convenient to go major tourist sports without transferring station such as Universal Studios Japan, Himeji Castle and even Namba area.

The shower is too small. The shower taps are not possible to be used inside the tub. When using the taps outside the tub, the whole place will get seriously wet and literally cannot put any dry clothes for change after shower.
