5 nights so plenty of time to assess this hotel. Rooms are a bit small when you have a couple of piece of lugage but we are in the standards in Japan. Bath + shower are spacious and well equipped. Beds are very confortable. Staff is friendly and helpfull. We had to change room as some neighbors did not know any good manners and basically made sure nobody could sleep on the floor (some people are just on Earth to make sure the entropy does increase)... anyway, new rrom right away and a very quiet last night. Breakfast was OK but nothing too fancy, and most of all the same everyday, so a bit boring by the end of the stay... was expecting better on that part. Would consider staying there again

Service au top, checking fluide même si vous arrivez plus tôt que prévu ils vous gardent les bagages pour que vous puissiez vous balader tranquillement.

hotel confortable à Osaka

séjour professionnel , très bon hotel, près de la gare central . Au dessus d'un centre commerciale . pas facile à trouver au premier abord mais indiqué et il faut monter par l'ascensceur . Petit déjeuner japonais intéressant (pour un Français) pas trop cher .

大阪駅に近く非常に便利。ホテルの朝食も雰囲気も良い。お風呂も快適でした。また、ロビーでのセルフコーヒーも自由に飲めてリラックス出来ました。大阪に泊まる際はまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

The overall quality of the hotel was decent, but the level of service from the staff has declined compared to previous visits. For instance, the cleanliness of the rooms varied each day. Additionally, the English proficiency of the front desk and lobby staff was quite poor, often resulting in them not understanding guests' questions. Some staff members also exhibited unfriendly attitudes, which significantly detracted from the overall experience of the stay.

The location is great and convenience. It is surrounded with plenty of shopping mall and you can easily visit other parts of Osaka by taking different kinds of transport eg JR , kansai train or metro However, the coin laundry at 24/f is confusing, especially the drying function, clothings are dripping of water when u get them out of the machine.
