Great experience
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HotelsSuperb customer service. I forgot my phone (!!) at another hotel in Tokyo. The front desk attendant promptly called the other property and arranged for it to be delivered express; all within 15 min of arrival to the hotel. Everyone at the desk is bilingual so anyone with basic English speaking skill could easily communicate with the staff. Conveniently located to train station. Some people may not be used to the smaller size of the hotel room but it’s comparable to eco hotels found in major us and European cities.

Beautiful hotel! Stay was great, very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful! A lot to eat around and very close to the station. Very happy woth our stay <3

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic, the amenities are incredible (free onsite laundry), and the room was very clean and spacious. When I return to Osaka, I will definitely stay here!
