Not knowing Japanese wasn't an obstacle checking in. Hotel was immaculate, staff was ultra friendly, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly my only gripe is the shower. The temperature fluctuated a lot between being way too hot to slightly cool but that's honestly a very minor gripe. That said I'd definitely stay again should I ever return to Osaka.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was close to Shinjuku station and the staff was always so helpful with everything. They even helped me book a luggage shipping service to my next hotel in Osaka. Would highly recommend!

The location was great. Right next to the train station and the metro station. Restaurants near by. Small room that provided the necessities. The price was reasonable. The staff very kind. I would stay there again.

This hotel is great for anyone looking to stay near Taisho Station or the Osaka Dome. The hotel is within very close walking distance near Taisho Station. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants, and convenient stores nearby. The hotel had a free onsen, vending machines on each floor, and a breakfast buffet that was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Taisho train station
This hotel was very accommodating as we had two kids (6 and 9 years old). It was just 1 minute away from Taisho train station. Room were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had English items along with Japanese. Chefs were very flexible and able to cook certain dishes based on our requirements. Clear and quick check-in and check-out process. Restaurants around walking distance.

Good Location
Good location. Just less than 50m away from JR Taisho and Subway station. Easy to travel around Kansai area. Hotel seems to be very new and all equipment in good condition.

Unpleasant and Expensive Experience
I'm used to hotel rooms in Japan, but this one was unusually small. However, that didn't bother me too much. What bothered me was that they decided that I could not have any guests visit. Then they said that if I wanted to have a guest, I have to pay 4000 yen (around $40)!!!!!!!!!! Are you serious???? Breakfast was good though. Hotel is in Taisho. So if you're not back by 12, a cab will be really expensive. Would DEFINITELY not stay here again.
