A hotel with little staff service
There are no staff who speak English, and the fire alarm malfunctioned at night, so I was in the lobby on the first floor for about an hour. There was no response from the staff to the situation, and not even an apology. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and they didn't change the towels or clean the room, it was really bad.

Positive things about this property are very big room even with 4 people, nice front desk staffs, very private rooms as only 2 rooms per floor. Negative things about this property are that no free house keeping, rooms are very dark and staffs are not working 24/7.

Very convenient to take train. Room is spacious. Slight flaw in that we can hear the sound coming from neighbour if they speak loudly. Other than that, it is a very good place to stay for tourist.

The hotel is so closed to metro station. But the room is so dark. No USB power jack and one plug is even broken. No reception service 10pm to 10 am and we can only use self check in. But the lady work there is very nice.
