Rooms are good and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of choices. The Shin-Osaka station is a 10 minute walk away 15 with suite cases. The rooms come with only 2 prong outlets and if you need an adapter you can borrow one from the front desk. Check in and out is fast and easy. The only downside is they do not really speak English

Very clean and staff are nice and friendly. Free breakfast included of what we paid which is a good deal.

Typical Japanese rock hard bed and pillow, unfortunately the non smoking room was not which was unpleasant

Close to the shibkansen station and the parking and rates were reasonable
