Poor customer service

Supposed to be an overnight stay
Posted Mar. 1, 2024 on HotelsSupposed to be an overnight stay that is part of a longer trip. But, the manager didn’t accept us as we have 50lbs dog. He said, they have a maximum weight of 25lbs. It wasn’t specify in the ads. ☹️ We end up driving another hour north to find a hotel that accepts 50lbs dogs.

Stay was ok, but the heat in the room didn’t work properly, and it was work to get the door to latch. It was about 75 degrees in the room all night, despite us turning the thermostat down to 65. Pretty noisy unit as well. The door would just push open unless you slammed it a few times. Front desk personnel were very nice.
