Classic old style 1970s Russian hotel. Very basic rooms. No restaurant. Pool only partly available due to refurb work. Some staff excellent, others truly awful. Breakfast (nothing hot) ok for local market but not for visitors and asked for room number repeatedly.

Not a bad hotel. Our coffee pot caught on fire. Nice balcony. Room change with great view after. Friendly staff and a little shop at the bottom. The pool is next to the road not exactly private. Overall I would stay again.

My initial review was positive. The room felt homely and comfortable and served its purpose. Kettle, fridge, TV, and bathroom amenities were provided and the balcony had probably one of the best views in Osh. However, the room was FREEZING cold, and they only provided a thin sheet-sized blanket in the winter! By this point it was late at night and I knew nobody would be able to help at reception this early and moving rooms would have been just as negative, so I didn't get any sleep, which consequently meant that after breakfast I went back to bed and slept from 07:30-11:30 which ruined my last day in Osh. How can you not heat a room in winter or provide a duvet or blanket....literally absurd!? The breakfast was nice, however, my mood had already been expectedly tainted by that experience. For the price paid there are much better hotels in Osh. The price is at the threshold of acceptability for what you receive in return.
