Publié le 27 juill. 2015I booked on travelocity for a deal on a one night stay. I arrived and was told that the total was 69 before tax. The man said it is 77 dollars and change. I gave him 80 dollars and received no change. I asked for a nonsmoking room and he assured me that it was. I was shocked when I walked in the room. Overall it was like staying in a small room in a run down home during renovations. A sloppy paint job with no baseboards. There were cigarette stains on the sink and toilet. No shower towels only handtowels. The shower and tub were dirty and stained. The fabric shower curtain was still wet at the bottom and badly stained.Even the soap smelled like it had already been used once it was out of the wrapper. The bed sheets and pillowcases had mascara and lipstick stains on them. The tv did not work nor had a matching remote. Getting into the bed, you could feel the springs in the mattress. The only working light out of three in the bedroom was a huge fluorescent track lighting. Turning off the lights upon sheer exhaustion, I saw a bug cross the ceiling... in the bathroom the window had been left open. It had no screen so there were mosquitoes all over the bathroom. Lastly, looking forward to some air conditioning but it hardly worked and I had to set it myself to cold... never again. Was not worth it. 30 more and would have had a way better experience.

The sheets looked old, dirty, so the towels the bathroom and everything in the room.
They changed my room as per my request and it was exactly the same, as bad.

Knight Inn

Pour : Hot water for shower but not enough towles.
Contre : Closet had no hangers or rails
Area hotels were booked solid, This Inn was not great but allowed us to stay in comfort for one night.

A last minute decision

Definitely a questionable clientele & would not stay there again.

Contre : train the staff on how to clean/disinfect properly... seems they have no idea on how to run a successful business, no customer service skills
i arrived in the room, the floors were dirty, the pillows had stains, the sheets had crumbs and hair, the bathroom had no soap.. i went down to the office and said what had happened and that i would like a clean room, he said they were full, i said well i paid for a room and i expect it to be clean and that i am not staying in a dirty hotel.. so magically there was another room available.. the heat was off so the room was an ice box that took forever to warm up, we had two towels and one cloth for the three of us that were staying there, and the bathroom window had no blinds, so showering was an issue... i tell everyone i know not to stay there and i tell them to tell there friends.. we paid $80 for a really crappy room.. then when i told the manager that i should atleast get a discount for all the hassels, he said i could leave, yes im going to sleep in a car with my husband and six year old girl.... very bad hotel, very rude staff.

Dirty stained towels

The place is a dump. Additionally, booked a room with two beds, non-smoking. Was provided a single bed, room smelled badly of smoke. Not recommended, Expedia should drop from their list of hotels
