We had a national championship at Durham so the location and price worked very well! Rooms were decent for residence and the area was quiet

Well the place was a good value for the money. We have stayed here twice now and it’s not the cleanest place. We had to wipe the floor as it was quite dirty and sticky

Good for a no frills stay in a clean and quiet room.
Check in was quick and parking was plentiful.
I would stay again.
