I would suggest to anyone staying here that you request a room that isn't on the first floor in the front of the building. They have super bright lights on the building that shine VERY brightly into the room all night long.

Staff was very unhelpful. Asked that our room be freshened up when we checked in. Never received new towels, or had the room cleaned during our stay. Had to ask for multiple things in the room to be filled (towels, Kleenex). Ordered a room that was supposed to sleep six…barely fit four, and staff was not willing to help because we booked through Expedia. Very dissatisfied!

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like you encountered several issues that made your stay less enjoyable. It’s frustrating when expectations aren’t met, especially regarding room amenities and service.I will be addressing these issues with the staff to make sure that this does happen in the future. I did reach out to Expedia as the the number of guests per room were incorrect on their site and they are working to get this resolved as soon as possible for us. We apologize that we were not able to offer different accommodations over your stay with us.

Spacious room, comfy bed, great shower. Pool was large and appeared to be welcoming. Breakfast was good with good variety.

Unacceptable Internet
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived before noon and were able to check in right away. Our room was the same as last year when we stayed here. We had some time in the room before we left to go golfing. My wife and I wanted to use our devices and were unable to connect to the internet. She called the front desk and was given several tips to try. Nothing, so we left and returned at 5:00 to no internet. We went to the pool and were able to connect but not in our room. This is totally unacceptable. I don’t know if I will stay here next year at this time.

It was a nice stay. Close to proximity to where I needed to go. Shopping and restaurants near by within 5 -10 min. Nice sitting areas inside the hotel lower and upper floor to relax.
