The hallway carpeting leading up to the second floor is dirty. Everything else is fine.

Convenient location
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was great. Gal that took over for the Afternoon/night shift was not friendly. Meaning she did not greet guests at all, not even a smile. Went to buy water and I had to be the one to say hi and ask for water. She didnt even care to say hi or ask what she could help me with. The AC in our room was very loud. The blower motor must be going out, it affected our sleep throughout the night.

We checked in after 6. The young lady at the front desk was cheerful and helpful, taking the time to talk to us about where to eat. The breakfast lady in the morning went above and beyond to make sure we had a little something to eat since we had to leave before the 7 am bell. I would recommend this hotel as the staff is excellent. We had others in our group that stayed at the Hilton and paid more and got less including service.

Don't judge a book by its cover...
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe exterior of the building needs a facelift and the grounds could use some random trash pick-up. Honestly, I wasn't excited about staying here when I arrived but was mostly put at ease when I entered the property to find it fresh and updated.
The interior public areas and rooms are modern/updated, mostly, and are clean. I say "mostly" updated as the mattresses are very old (they have a nice sag in the middle) that make them mostly uncomfortable to sleep on. They aren't dirty, they're just well beyond their "best by" date.
The staff here very friendly and attentive, the complimentary breakfast is kept fresh and provides plenty of options including more healthy selections (fruits, non-sugary yogurts, etc.) than I was expecting.
I would stay here again but not my first or second choice due to the mattresses needing to be replaced. The pillows are little lumpy but I travel with my own pillow (allergies) so that wasn't an issue personally, but may be for other guests.
