Property is going through a major renovation, so the room was nice, but most of the common areas were either old or under construction. The gym wasn't open, but they gave us passes to a nearby YMCA that was really nice. Good location on the water. Easy parking. Just needs some improvements and services.

This property is currently under renovation. The rooms have been recently completed and they are beautiful. However the other amenities are currently unavailable. The location off the river was perfect and the parking garage next door had no fee. Nearby coffee shops were great.

The front desk staff was friendly enough and a small welcome bag was provided. Room was nothing special, bed was comfortable, no soap dish and mirror was dirty with fingerprints, no alarm clock. Parking was convenient for a low price. Easy to walk to breakfast or dinner restaurant nearby.

Uodated rooms were great

The hotel is under construction, so not all amenities were available, but the beds were comfy and the showers were so good! Nice to see the hotel being upgraded and we look forward to coming back.
