Difficulty accepting payment

The following events took place which were disappointing: Staff were unwilling to accept money from Expedia and were demanding cash payment from me. This was solved after a week. It was written in the lift and advertised 24h food available which was never found, when asked it seemed only breakfast was served. It was also advertised in the lift there was a sushi bar, this was never found however I was told by other guests it could have existed down the road. Maid insisted on cleaning my room despite seeing a do not disturb sign, on one occasion she came in and saw me in bed in my underwear and asked if she could clean the toilet which I let her do. The swimming facilities did not seem clean and were messy which put me off using them. When asking the staff about local amenities they seemed unwilling to search or help rather they just say they do not know. There was an advanced shower in my room which played the radio etc. I couldn’t get the advanced facilities to work but the actual shower function was poor. Not an international hotel standard.
