Carpet in hallways needed vacuuming. The shower door in the bathroom didn't close all the way and water leaked on to the floor. No bath mat was provided for the floor. The room was very clean.

This is more of a hostel than hotel, even the sign outside looks cheap. Don't like the late check in at 4pm. Room wasn't fully cleaned. There was hair on the shower drainer, there were garbage on the floor. Definitely not worth the expensive rate. Only like the location.

We do apologize if your room was not properly cleaned, did you notify Front Desk about this? The check in-time is clearly stated on our Expedia-page, so uncertain why you chose us if this was a big detractor for you. We are of course happy that you liked our super central location.
