洗面の水が出ずシャワーの方の蛇口で洗面をした。
大した不自由では無かったので修理のリクエストはしなかった。
飲食に関してはリーズナブルで良かった。
ロケーションは近くにコンビニ、スーパー、マッサージがありとても良かった。
大通りから少し離れており壁の防音もしっかりしていて静かで快適に過ごせました。

First of all, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this experience has brought you. It is our mission vision to make your Oslob experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Let me explain our side of the story too.
When you arrived at our hotel, we were having problem with our internet connection. A problem from our service provider. We couldn't see your booking from the expedia extranet so we asked for your voucher as proof that you booked from Expedia but you can't show any too. That is why we asked you to deposit a certain amount which we promised to return upon your check out as soon as we have verified your booking. But later you decided to spend another night and use your deposit as payment for that extra night.
The problem here is miscommunication. But again we are very sorry for this inconvenience. If by chance you can come back to Oslob in the future, please do drop by Oslob New Village and we will be happy give you some freebies.

The staff were amazingly helpful and great with our 2 year old daughter Ella. They helped us book all our trips, giving us different options, even booking and collecting our motor bike. As we were leaving our daughter was sick, they got some local medicine to rub on her, gave us the bottle to take and gave us a lift to the bus stop. Really great place to stay!
